Assets & Usage
All high-signal market insights, data visualizations, and technical research models displayed on BangkokWealthLabs.digital are the exclusive property of Bangkok Wealth Labs. We invest significant resources into regional data synthesis; therefore, unauthorized scraping, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of our "wealth" analytics is strictly prohibited.
Permitted Access
Viewing, analyzing, and citing snippets for non-commercial research with proper attribution to the Laboratory.
Restricted Actions
Automated data extraction, white-labeling our reports, or bypassing regional access controls.

Non-Reliance Clause

Regional Compliance
Users must ensure their activities comply with local Thai regulations and international financial transparency standards. We reserve the right to terminate access for accounts flagged for suspicious patterns.
Service Availability
While we aim for 99.9% uptime for our Data Lab, maintenance windows and regional network disruptions may occur. Continuous signal flow is not guaranteed in extremal market conditions.
Governance Framework
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangkok. In the event that any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force.
Termination of Access
Bangkok Wealth Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the wealth analytics portal at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe your conduct violates these terms or is harmful to the integrity of our research lab.
